Cancellation and Refunds

1. One-Time Purchases

UGCBundle sells one-time credit packs only. There is no recurring subscription to cancel. Credits are added to your account after purchase and do not expire.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to UGCBundle are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Unused download credits
• Dissatisfaction with service
• Technical issues or downtime
• Change of mind after purchase
• Duplicate payments

3. Pre-Purchase Considerations

Before buying credits, we recommend:

• Browsing the free watermarked library first
• Reviewing pack sizes and pricing on our pricing page
• Confirming your payment details are correct

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In very rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Such circumstances may include:

• Billing errors on our part
• Fraudulent charges
• Service outages lasting more than 7 consecutive days

Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge and will be reviewed solely at our discretion.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refund will be provided for unused credits.
